How I’ve managed to cook everything she dislikes, I will never know.

In a display of good sportsmanship she tasted, but in her openness, she came to appreciate and truly savor the newness of squid, avocado, capers, olives, eggplant and so on…

avocado and tomato salad with chives, parsley and tarragon

Eden’s lettuces and cucumbers with shallot vinaigrette

blueberries and currant grapes

  1. Totally converted now to squid, capers, olives, avocado and even the dreaded aubergine…I’ll try not to revert to my usual steamed cauli/brocc + baked squash back in LA, but I suspect that the conversion may have everything to do with your transformational ability!
