Dinner’s in the fridge

The deal with dinner
3 July 2012
roasted eggplant soup with creme fraiche (pot of soup in fridge to be heated and creme fraiche bowl next to it, also serve with cracked black pepper if you like — soup needs to be heated)
mortadella platter and small ramekin of green chickpea hummus for the vegetarians
green salad (more vinaigrette than you’ll need in a ball jar, possibly more lettuces than you’ll need, too)
potato, red onion and shishito pepper frittata with cumin (sliced on a platter, served room temp – can be pulled out a little early to take off the chill)
Acme herb slabs on counter (bread needs to be cut)
popsicles in freezer
