ground beef and bulgur kebabs with made with currants, torpedo onions, herbs and Arabic spices

olive oil and soy marinated tofu, zucchini, crimini mushroom and spring onion skewers with rosemary, myrtle and mint from the garden

cucumber, radish and torpedo onion salad salad with basil, cilantro and sheep’s milk feta

grilled Acme herb slab, yogurt, lemons
