french breakfast radishes and raw fennel wedges with cumin salt

labneh toast with za’atar, marinated beets, farm egg and miner’s lettuce from the yard

labneh is a strained yogurt cheese, za’atar is a blend of wild thyme and other dried herbs with sesame seed

roast lamb chop and leg marinated with green garlic and almost every herb from the garden with asparagus, olives, and lettuces

sliced oranges and blood oranges with garden mint, honey from our bees and Eden’s flowers

little squares of walnut, hazelnut and pistachio baklava

medjool dates

Special thanks to Loida, Eden, Julie, the lovely MSG ladies, Kelly, Angela, Alison, Thomas and Theresa Wong and all the other fellows for making last night’s dinner so fabulous
