    • Hello Barbara,

      At this point, my schedule does not allow me to develop and test recipes for posting, but I really appreciate your interest. Which recipes are you curious about? Perhaps, down the road, there will be time for this.

      In the meanwhile, I think that there is always something to be learned from the way that I group menu items to make the meal. That’s my favorite part — imagining how all of these things will be experienced in succession or all at once — and my blog will document all of the menus for the entire year.

    • The balloon contained baking soda and the Coke bottle contained vinegar. Once the balloon was affixed to the Coke bottle and the whole thing was shaken (thus mixing the vinegar and baking soda), the resulting gas caused the balloon to inflate.
