pizza and socca party
Socca are rustic chickpea flour crepes from Nice. They are also called farinata in Liguria.
the toppings: red onion, scallions, lemon, Eden’s chard and escarole, jalapeño, tomato sauce, prosciutto, goat cheese, mozzarella, provolone, Parmigiano Reggiano and Wapke’s Gouda
salad of watermelon radish, carrot ribbons and volunteer baby red mustard leaves from the yard
