Honduras in Saratoga

Yesterday, I spent the day getting caught up on office work: making phone calls, writing and answering emails and planning for the many exciting events coming up over the next few months.

Loida Lobo, my kitchen assistant, made us this delicious Honduran meal.

Honduran red bean soup with poached eggs

costillas de cerdo

pork ribs

arroz blanco, jalapeño y queso

white rice, sliced jalapeño and grating cheese

gelatina de manzana

apple gelatin
